And so one of the things that that I'll talk about or think about or discuss with others is when people talk about, are companies great because we got a great culture, or are companies great because I have we have great people.

And I don't think that's necessarily true.

When I started listening to uh Jeremy Kubacak and Steve Cochran, they said it's it's not the people, it's the relationships within the company.

But relationship does not happen without trust.

And so anytime you have two people, both of them have what's called a wall of self-prev preservation that that is up in front of them.

And they do

Don't want to let that down until there's trust in that other person.

And I can look at competency, credibility, character, all of those eight pillars.

And some people, just based on their personality trait, they

are born or have a few more than others do, where the other ones are are not very prominent.

So you can have somebody who's competent and credible.

I just don't know if their character's right.

I know they're competent.

I know they're credible.

Character, I'm a little bit shy of.

This one I got.

Great chemistry.

I know their characters there.

I just don't know if they're competent or credible.

And so there's those issues that I think people look at that they've got to get to that trust point before a relationship happens.
