They just want to do a boat show.
And I'm going to bring three.
I'm going to bring my canoe, Nick's canoe, and then my rowboat.
But I'm also setting up...
the boat mold for the rowboat so that people can glue strips onto it.
So I'm basically starting a second rowboat.
I don't think I'll finish it.
I'm encouraging some of my friends behind the scenes who need projects to finish it, but it will be at maker camp.
I have enough wood.
I have enough long straight grain wood, but I got to, we got to rip it up.
Me and Rob are going to start ripping it up.
When I made my boat, I made it out of parts from the porch, so each thing had to be scarf-jointed.
It was a very arduous process because nothing was long enough, so I had to scab pieces together.
In this case, I have long enough wood, so this will go a little bit faster.
Whether I finish it or somebody else finishes it, it'll probably end up a total boat because there's not enough time during the weekend to make a camp to finish it.
But who knows?
If there's several people on it, there is a possibility.
I was clamping everything, but we could also do staples.
That moves things a lot faster.
