I went in through the front, had my forty five at the ready.

Over a small counter near the back, a sign read Pick Up, Drop Off.
I figured that'd be the place to start looking for some drugs, even though I didn't know what the hell I was looking for.

With gun raised, I ease my way behind the counter, listenin' for anything.
The smell of decay hit me like a ton of bricks as soon as I opened the door.
Putting my nose into the crook of my arm, I pushed on.
What I found was a massacre.
Three corpses, a man, woman, and a small child.
