Lifeless hollow sockets watched me as I heaved into the corner.

Grabbing whatever I found, I shoved it all into my bag.

I zipped my pack and turned to head out.
Just as I had my hand on the door, movement through that bloody hamprint in the window caught my eye.
I froze.
A dark silhouette of a man was easing his way in.
I ducked and peered from my hidden spot behind the door.
He walked backwards while clutching a pair of feet, the feet of a woman he was dragging into the pharmacy.
I was trapped.
Near halfway to where I was, the man stood and placed his hands on his lower back.
He pulled his shoulders backwards and stretched with an audible groan.
In front of him lay his burden, the remains of a young woman, her tattered shirt pulled up to her neck, exposing ashen breasts.
