We value out at the bottom, we'll eradicate, but the pyramid always stays with a few people at the top and a lot more people at the bottom.

So maybe the bottom is getting smaller and smaller, but the top is still getting smaller and smaller.

We're now concentrating around four or five, at best 10, obscenely wealthy humans who are, if you put them in front of the sustainable development goals, I suspect they would just laugh.

And so when we look at it from the point of view of capitalism, we look at it from the point of view of economic growth.

And you say that the big driver of all of that right now is the technology.

I have to love the technology for all it can do.

And I can be an advocate for it, but I have to be an advocate for it in a very responsible and reasonable way because technology

to back to my point about we're the only species who understand that we have descendants.

I don't have children, but I have nieces and nephews, and I do not want them asking.

Was Auntie Joan hardcore in on the tech and brought all this upon us?

Or did I at least say something?

I mean, I don't know if anyone's ever going to listen to me.

I mean, I know they listen to your podcast, Jim, and they might see, oh, that one is on again.

The one who talked about, you know, art or spiritualism or something before.

And maybe they think I'm nuts.

I know some people have said that to you guys, but.

Oh, okay.

I'm in good company.

But you know what I mean?

Like, I think that we have to be asking these questions constantly because I have been in a room where somebody has said repeatedly, but we're not going to solve those questions today.
