Well, I'm just glad you're doing it again.

You know, I was bugging you about that and you didn't do it last year and I bugged you.

So I'm really glad you're doing it again this year.

Yeah,

Right.

Well, and we really have to go back in time to look at how it even came about that that we're looking at this as a disorder in the DSM.

So I think this is such an important conversation to have because this paradigm needs to start sh it's already started shifting.

Yes.

But we need to really shift it more in terms of public awareness and even even in the the psychological and psychiatric community, because what we're understanding more and more about neurodiversity is is that that there is more of a neurotype.

This is a neurotype thing versus a disorder.

So so first we have to look at when we think about why why is it even considered a a disorder.

I'm actually I've told you, I've shared with you, I'm writing a book on this entire topic, this topic of the paradigm shift right now.

In as part of that, and if if any if you want to do a deep dive or look at a deep dive, then keep an eye out for that book.

But um we look at how

mental illness or mental disorders have evolved over time.

And without getting into all the details, you know, first we we look as a human race, culturally and our social expectations, we kind of look for people, we look for sameness and and people, human beings, you you you're a social worker and and so, you know, sociologically we look for

you know, birds of the feather flock together kind of thing.

And so thing people or traits that are I outliers are more noticeable and or and sometimes uncomfortable to people.

So just going back in time as a human race, we started noticing
