was always a ch a challenge for me because they had they both had sensory dim differences, but they were opposites.
Like some one could handle crunchy and the other one couldn't.
One could handle slimy and the other couldn't, you know.
But now they're they're young adults and they can go figure it out.
I don't have to cook for them anymore.

I think that's a lot really has happened in the last five years.
And and like you said, people going to social media to talk to to have conversations with each other.
has really made a huge difference because people are starting to to realize they're not alone.
They haven't
That you know, there are other lots of other people out there similar to them.
So I think overall
the stigma is is really being reduced.
Uh the stigma of being autistic, um of especially with Gen Z and and even the millennials.
Um Gen X is still struggles with it.
You know, a lot of Gen X and up boomers.
Um if if s if somebody our age or up
is told they're autistic, that's still kind of like, oh, there's still this stigma and ableism that's that affects then their their sense of I'm being judged when you call me autistic.
