in terms of how we think, which is cognition.
feelings, emotions, our sensory processing system.
Um those types of things that are are basically originate out of how our brain um is wired genetically.
So it's innate and it's it's something we're born with.
We can even we're starting to be able to diagnose children i in infancy, you know.
Very, very young,
age and I I think that we'll be able to predict so much better in in the future years when a child is is likely to be autistic based on their parents.
But based on their parents, um, just because of the genetics that are there.
And I think eventually we'll know more and more in genetic research.
I'm not a geneticist, so I can't say for sure, but I think that we'll we'll know more about how to predict the likelihood so that we can prepare parents.
And I and I think the next generation is gonna be so much more aware, the next generation of parents.
Yes.
Um, is gonna be so much more aware of their own neurotypes and their own differences and then then they can
be taught and to learn even more about how to how to support their children, uh as if 'cause the likelihood
of bringing neurodivergent children in the world.
If one or both of you are neurodivergent is pretty high.
Um
I certainly see that in my own family and in my clients' families, but so a neurotype is like the hardware.
And so a disorder is something that's not innately there, is not present um at birth.
And so when we think about something like depression, major depressive disorder.
