Um, but if you put an autistic person in a managerial role where they're managing other people or they're they're there's not a whole lot of structure to it, it can be really distressing.
And so
d you know, difficulties might show up in one of those jobs, but not the other.
Right.
But if you take something like again, like depression, which is a disorder.
It's not gonna matter what role you're in, that's there.
If you're experiencing a major depressive episode, it's it's there across the board, not just at work, not just at home, not just in this, not just in this relationship, but not that one.
So those those are two of the big differences as well.
Um, with neurotype and disorder.

There really is and not a lot of institutions doing that research, unfortunately.
And it's something we really need.

Yeah, the the research on women and and it's all most of the research has been on young boys and and so those of us in the field
I always tell people I can anecdotally tell you what I've witnessed in the last twenty-five years as a professional and also as, you know, just a person who's neurodivergent myself and in a neurodiverse family um and seeing in my clients over and over again.
But we need we need the data, we need the research to to actually back that up.

I can make eye contact, all those traits.
There are so many myths out there about what autistic neurodivergence is or what ADHD.
And again, most thing m what comes to most people's minds is.
