And it's gotten really quite scary.

So every system is developing so fast.
We've got all of the interactions with hormonal, immune, neurological.
And so with health optimization, we're looking at all the pillars there.
And it really just you can see how important each pillar is.
So I focus mainly on the chronobiology, exposomics and bioenergetics in the masterclass because I found that that was the most predominantly changeable components and the protocols that we can be using and just the awareness around those.

But I really feel that we don't think about this as much as we should.

create programs on fertility and preconception and the timeline that 90-day timeline but really we should be aiming to be at our optimal fertility for our whole you know not not our whole life but that's that's what optimal health is is that
ready to have babies at any moment because that's the optimal health so um that that's another way of viewing it i think
Yeah, absolutely.
Fertility is really on the down.
And also from a perspective of male reproductive systems as well, we're seeing some shocking things.
