And to me, there's been ego in that stuff, in trying to navigate my way through sharing parts of my story.
But...
But not staying within the realms of, you know, having agency and protecting myself, but then also then ego can come into it.
And I think that we can all play on that a little bit.
At times, I know I certainly can.
And it's justified because it might be helping people.
But at the end of the day, it's also causing separation.
And that's something that I want to be very mindful of moving forward is...
you know, meeting everyone where they're at.
It's not about, you know, how many years I've studied and if I'm like with lived experience.
It's not about certain criterias that make me the right person.
You know, it's, I get that like there is a study element to counseling and things like that and even with business and things like that.
But I think that when we're talking about lived experience and experiences of recovery, that's like a heart and soul kind of mission of going like, I'm so imperfect and I fall down heaps, but guess what?
I get up every time.
And that, whatever that is, it's, I don't know, it's such a better place to sit in than feeling like I've got to prove myself.
Yeah.
Because that's their stuff.
Yeah.
I've never been in control of that.
I'm like, oh, plot twist.
