What a revelation, right?

But I think that, yeah, I can definitely get caught up in being in a world where I need to prove to you that I'm worthy of

being in this position or doing this or doing that.

And I just, I don't want to do that anymore.

I don't think any of us need to.

I think that it's not something that you don't earn respect because I tell you what I've done.

And respect because you leave this room feeling like something's in you.

Like, you know, it's, I guess, human emotion and human beings versus the paperwork that tells you why you should like me.

I hope this is making sense.

And my daughter, Alia, she's 12 and she's quite –

She's quite sharp on her words and she's like, oh, mum, you're so, like, extra all the time.

And so she sees this part of me that's, like, serious Jodie or, like, compliant, like, studying, working.

And then there's, like, the actress that's, like, half dancing up in her dance uniform and, like, twirling around the room.

And she's like...

You know, getting all the versions and it's really freeing to escape from this idea of who I'm meant to be to serve others because I want you to like me.

Like, no.

One thing, there's many things I love about Vichy, but what I really love is they're about overall health, health and wellness.

And it starts with your skin, right?
