Uh uh prep to remember, to say the least to be quite honest.

Of course you're confident I'm the world champ, ex world champ at this point, but uh I'm always gonna believe in myself that anything can happen on the day and I can still win, but I was not surprised with the outcome for sure.

Couple injuries, couple life scenarios.

Paralifting had to take a back seat for a while.

Um when I landed, first bench session, just destroyed my peck on two reds.

So what happened there?

I was just warming up.

I was doing one red, then on to two reds, and on the way down I just felt something move from here down and

That was it.

I couldn't bench.

I had to skip the session.

Um bunch of ibuprofen, bunch of Tylenol.

I was able to get some good workload in, but not enough to nearly like, you know, be healthy on the day.

And surprisingly I didn't feel any pain with enough painkillers, but um I just the force output wasn't there.

Like it my peck is like it feels like it's asleep right now, you know.

So uh that's the that's the lift I needed and with the way my squat and dela felt in prep, I knew the

Only way I could rival a prime attack was if my ben showed up.

And then when that happened, I was like, Yeah, it's just that was the end of it right there.
