So um I played the game and I just gave it all I had.

And I took a 27 there.

Um, so I I need to touch something heavy to prime my body.

Uh I couldn't like I'm not going 330, 372.

That's just not happening.

So it's one of those things where it's like I need to I need to be primed, but also not expend enough energy.

And I think a 27 is that that borderline spot where it's like I'm not getting that prime from my opener.

Like 345 is still heavy, but

I like twenty five, that's what I always take.

Um, but I think it was a t it's the perfect call in my opinion.

And I think I think the game plan was spot on for the day I had.

It just but it wasn't my day, you know.

No, I take big jumps.

I'll do um one seventy five, that's my first basically warm up.

I go one seventy five, two seventy five, and then if it's below three thirty five, I'll jump right to that.

Okay.

So I take huge jumps like that, but then anything after that, twenty five usually.

Maybe thirty if it's like three six I'll do like I'll do two seventy five, three thirty, three sixty.
