Uh but I just knew I had to lock in and just give them my all and just make sure I can um basically write the wrong of prep or do my best that I can.

So uh the vibe was normal and it was very quiet and very low key.

It was just me and the the French guy.

So it was just us two vibing together.

But um yeah, actually the venue was real nice having the the treadmills up top and all the machines help warm up.

Cause uh a little bit of walking and and

Movement does help metabolize that recomp a little bit better.

So uh yeah, the venue was nice.

Uh I don't think it was too hot either.
