describing something that is lacking in franchising, going back to Paul's original question of what am I hearing from franchisors and w and what's my opinion of what I hear and it's a lack of leadership in terms of what is does social media mean to the company. voice-verified

they absolutely don't know at all what they're looking for in terms of a social media benefit, uh a social media result, uh, other than oh we want to sell more franchises but but but the the how is kind of lacking. voice-verified
