I mean the uh uh the SBA uh uh Karen uh Mills I believe uh has been elevated to uh a cabinet level uh position

So that certainly gives it more prominence and and they were

Yeah, so so I I and and I and I and I think that that is probably uh I think that the IFA and and the NRA and the sp or the other sponsors of the small business lending summit can can take some credit

for uh

providing that gentle, constant pressure

uh to our elected officials to uh uh address this issue.

Uh because it's in in our our economic interest

uh that these businesses get financed, at least the good ones.

uh you know, if you have a a good borrower that they have the the the the five C Cs nailed down and they have a great concept, they oughta be able to get money.

And I and I and I and I think that uh uh the efforts for the IFA in in that regard under under Steve Caldera's leadership, uh uh I I I've I've got nothing re but respect and I think that uh I think that they're getting results.

Um but but Steve was quick to say they've got a lot more to do.

Uh I think that would be uh Yeah, I agree with you,

Well I and I think that when the when s last year when we were in attendance at the at the Small Business Lending Summit, uh, they took uh the organizers and I and it wasn't just the IFA but uh they really made this event

uh a a tough talk event.

It was no holes bar.

There were no things that were off limits.

And it it became apparent there was a lot of misconceptions in the lending community.

And there was a lot of misconceptions that franchise ours have about, you know, simple things like the five C.

And uh uh there w there was there was there was some heated discussions between some some very high ranking people in in in the in in some franchise ore concepts and I'm talking about franchise ores with you know

thousands of units and major lenders and uh um I I think that uh a lot of great things were discussed.
