I mean uh I think one of the main topics that was discussed there that um was why isn't there a uniformity between the various lending institutions on what information they require.
Uh, if there were, it would be easy
for a borrower to shop the loan.
Uh it would be easier for various lenders to know what the package is going to look like, but there doesn't seem to be that.
And I think that was a great topic that came up there and it was born out of one of those heated discussions.

from a franchising perspective that a f a f uh a prospective franch prospective franchisee would look at the Coleman report and see where the concepts that they're considering rank.
It it oughta be at least a checkbox on that list.
Well, certainly for the franchise owners that are not monitoring where they rank
and the franchise orders that are not uh tracking uh the various channels of of financing that their their franchisees have availed themselves of and then they don't have an accurate comparison to the the report that that you compile.

Yeah, I mean I I think it y y you you have to think about the the the the the bank executives
and and and their mindset.
And I and I think that that I've and I've heard this uh uh um uh comment uh many times throughout my career that that no banker has ever gotten fired for not making a loan.
And uh and and and oftentimes they're looking they're not looking for yeah.
They're looking at the different ways that they can say no so that they can can protect
their butt.
Uh I know and and I and I I I think that's a fair and sincere uh uh uh response.
And and I don't think it necessarily isn't being an apologist, uh but I think what that really emphasizes is that sloppy loan packages
