in in terms of uh what franchise stores should do, I mean, how sh you know, I think the real question is how should they align the five Cs with their qualifications from both a a a financial perspective and from a uh uh a profile and and character background perspective.
You know, how how how does one
mesh those together.
What do you think the the the the the the practices that you s you've seen that are that are effective have worked?
Uh and I I think uh uh some takeaways for f the franchise oars uh listening and uh uh and those people charged at those companies with uh securing financing for franchisees
I I think they really need to take to heart some of the the basics that uh that that Bob's talking about in terms of the five Cs and incorporating them into their templated loan packages and and and helping
uh the franchise
E borrower to craft the narrative so that it is
make so that it's easy for the lender to understand the borrower and and and say yes to that loan.
Of course having the right qualifications in terms of of capital and uh and net worth is is important, but when you when you have that recipe for success and then you incorporate uh the the uh these standards because they they're becoming more and more I mean there were standards years ago and and now Bob is telling us these five C's are back, you know, I think just about streamlining, making it easy.
and making sure the story is told correctly.
