And so what we did for that is we added people's initials in person.
So we had already added the logo ahead of time in our workshop.
And then on the spot, people could come up and tell us their initials.
And we'd hot stamp and kind of brand the leather with their initials in person, which is a fun kind of surprise and delight for the attendees.
That's a buddy of mine.
He runs a podcast called The Exorcist Files.

And that's just one we're working on.
We're still kind of tinkering and figuring out how can we make it easy for people to buy stuff from us so that, you know, friends who want to sell it don't have to set up their own Shopify.
So, yeah, just kind of figuring out page navigation and menus and how we tag and do different things like that.

We actually do a lot of drop shipping.
One of our one of our sweet spots is client gifting, like prospect gifting or client gifting.
We've got multiple different clients who will just all you do is you send us the the name and the address and we take care of the rest.
You know, whether it's one at a time or dozens, hundreds, thousands, even, you know, we're set up to to fulfill all that for folks.
made right now stock like how much stock do you have or is it mostly you know on as they come in you make them yeah we we try to cut ahead you know so kind of the the outline if you will or like the going back to like the die or the cookie cutter shape of the leather we try to stay ahead on those maybe a few dozen at a time so not not that many i'd love to be further ahead there but so a lot of it is you know we get in order for
200 journal covers and it's like, ah, go, go get the Brown Italian Pueblo and let's start cutting some, some medium journals for that.
But, um, we try to stay ahead more for those like website orders so we can get fulfilled those pretty quickly, but all kind of the bulk custom ones, you know, those, um, usually we're cutting them as we receive the order.
