And that is a debate that's going on, especially in the Democratic Party right now,
Because what happened there was so heinous.
And then you look at what's happening with the West Bank settlers.
You know, one illegal settlement after another illegal settlement.
And one of the things I've been bringing up to try to sort of shake people from my own tribe, or at least my former tribe, is talking about it's not just happening to Muslims.
It's not just happening to the others.
It's happening to Christians in Bethlehem.
It's happening to Christians across the West Bank.
They are being terrorized by these radical settlers on the West Bank.
Their fields are being destroyed by radical settlers on the West Bank.
Their children are being terrorized by these radicals on the West Bank.
So with that as your backdrop, it's pretty easy to figure out why voters who are under 35—
have looked at these maximalist things even after the horrors of October the 7th and said, okay, wait a second, this doesn't make sense.
The United States can't keep giving Israel $3 billion a year to bomb civilians, whether it's in Gaza or whether it's in Southern Lebanon, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.
And my point has always been that Netanyahu
had this mistaken belief, a cynical belief, actually.
I think he needed an endless war because without an endless war, he's going to be put in prison.
And that's something the New York Times wrote about months ago.
But he needed that endless war.
And so he has continued the war.
