It has to do with business coaching franchises and how some of them are going about finding candidates.

was on one of the job search sites and actually put on there a salary range.

And they did not say, you know, they did not say, you know, that it was a franchise opportunity.

And that is really, really upsetting to me.

I mean, I really can't stand that.

And, you know, the business coaching franchises are very attractive to

to a lot of downsized executives and middle managers because they only cost about 75 grand.

But the folks that are selling some of these, not all of them, some of these are gladly taking candidates that are really smart, probably have really good consultative and coaching skills, but can't sell their way out of a paper bag because they're really not sales and marketing oriented.

And I've always said,

that business coaching franchises are really not about business coaching.

They're about sales.

Because if you want to pick up five or six clients, they're going to pay you $3,000 or $4,000 a month to consult.
