It seems like this thing is going in a direction where Billy has...
a level of power and we'll see how much influence he really has over this process, but he has
power unlike anybody i've seen with his resume to this point i mean i don't i'm not an nba historian i'd have to call sam smith on this um but that's that's the sense i get uh so i don't know why you would walk away from a situation like this if you're billy if you have influence over the process if you're discoveted um given the way the tenure is gone um
So fans could hope for that, but I just don't think it's likely.
It'll be as hopeless as hoping... Let me not depress fans here.
No, be real.
I mean, I have no reason to pick on AK and Mark now that they're out of the job, but it would be as hopeless as praying that those guys were gone after year three or something.
It seems very likely to me
that Billy will be back.
He has a situation that's very hard to walk away from.
If he was to walk away, it would be because of the tumultuous year he's had, which I am sympathetic to.
But it's become... I think the circumstances have changed in the last week where he's become so highly valued that it's almost impossible to leave the Bulls at the altar now.
It seems...
very unlikely um but again like matt lloyd is a name i'm hearing a lot we haven't gotten into any of the candidates by the way guys um matt lloyd is a name i've heard it seems to check so many ryan's door boxes and it's still well respected enough that they can kind of they can kind of win with that hire and we'll we'll see what other names are tossed out austin brown is a guy i i've heard that i like and this is this is like
I'm not saying these are the Bulls' targets right now.
I've heard that Matt Lloyd would like this job.
He obviously has history with Chicago in different eras.
He's from the Chicago area.
Austin Brown is, too, I believe.
And Austin Brown is actually, like, close to 40.
