That seems crazy to me.
New York State already has a Department of Labor and it's very pro-union.

The problem is he doesn't have the substance to back it up.
So, you know, you're hearing New Yorkers who who are inside of a Mamdani sort of closed media loop talk about things like, well, he's fixing the sidewalks.
Yeah, they fix the sidewalks all the time.
Or, you know, he created these trash bins.
Yeah, Eric Adams created the trash bins.
Mamdani just made a video out of it.
You know, like so this worker power thing, it's supposedly going to be helping workers, but it it's really kind of communist because what it's saying is that.
Workers need to
constantly seek more power using a government institution to do so.
And we're not talking about economic power.
We're talking about political power.
It's kind of like Fidel Castro saying that the revolution continued, you know, once he already had seized power.
