If you're going to talk about nuclear issues, you have the experts with you.

That's no great feat, right?

Like getting inspectors back in, Iran's been letting inspectors in for 20 or 30 years.

This is not like a great achievement.

The achievement is in where can they inspect?

What will they inspect?

And what will they use as an agreement against which to compare whether or not Iran is meeting its obligations?

None of that.
