We've also done a lot of work on the technology around the exchange and the matching engine.
So we're able to support more and more operation on the platform.
So overall, it's been a great acquisition.
Also allowed us to really get into this institutional business that we were not really present before.
We were mostly focused on retail.
So we work with market maker, hedge fund, family offices, ETF provider, for example, we source liquidity for them, the white label solution as well, staking, all of these kind of products basically.
Basically, and because we built one of the largest retail platforms in the US, a lot of people want to be able to use the same type of technology that we built.
The other advantage that we have is that on Robinhood, we have a lot of this take your flow, basically like the non-toxic flow that is buying.
And so combining the two with Bitstamp is really helpful for the liquidity on the exchange as well.
Yeah, I think if you look at our job portal, like you can see, we still hire quite a lot because we are really growing as a company, not just on the crypto side, but across the entire company.
And like I said before, we're also expanding in the rest of the world.
And so for us, we still need to hire a lot of folks.
But I think AI for us, we see it as a tool.
We do a lot of training, for example, because we have a lot of the current employees that
didn't necessarily grow up with AI, like the new grads that are coming in today.
So we do a lot of training.
We provide all the tools for people.
And I think at the end of the day, it's going to be a bit of a function of making sure that what we build with AI is beneficial for all the teams.
So for example, compliance, instead of spending too much time reading very specific messages or documents,
