I don't know what they're up to.

But that's just something they do to get them really g'd up as a forward pack.

And they do their down and ups and they do their wrestling.

But you just see they have a nice flow in their warm up.

Real contest in their scrums when they go to their warm up stuff and their live scrums in their warm up.

And you just see that flows into the game.

They're very tough.

They're well conditioned.

You can't do that power game like the Blues did and then like you see the Chiefs and most teams are doing now without real conditioning up front.

And that comes from just reps.

If it's down and ups on the field, if it's wrestling, if it's just drag and stuff.

But ask the forwards to get up and go around the corner, pick and go and clean breakdowns until the backs have a chance to score a try, which seems to be very hard to defend.

You get a penalty or the backs are scoring in the corner.

And you see that over and over.

So these guys are well conditioned.

And they've got good systems.

If I look at their hurricanes, they can play with some flare, they can play at the back, but they know how to, a couple of times they're just latching there.

And it's like, oh, okay, who's keen to put your head in between a mower and pussies' knees while they're latched onto each other and you've got 250 kilos coming at you?

Who's brave enough to put their head there?

So they just really test you physically and mentally.
