I felt like I I wasn't a like I'm a pretty outspoken person.

And I remember on our second rotation.

So we our first rotation, a rotation is your training.

A rotation is a two-year block in the teams where it's like you get ready for deployment for a year and a half with

the same guys and then you deploy for six months.

So it's a two year block called a rotation.

My second rotation when I came back from Afghanistan, you know, when I have a new group of guys that I'm with, a new platoon.

I was just such a negative Nancy, like so cynical.

And to the point where it wasn't even funny.

It was just I I fucking hated the job.

I think I had a lot of a lot of resentment.

A lot of just I didn't even I it's hard to even classify exactly why.

I just was bitter about everything and I fucking hated our leadership at SEAL team too, to the point where I got an open conflict with some of those very senior people who were way, way more important than me.

Yeah.

I just I I strayed away from from it and I felt like it wasn't a good And you recognized that the solution was to get out.

So I would have gotten out.

The part of the reason I was medically retired is I was espousing these like

very dark views about how I felt about stuff to people around me and they're like, Yeah you better ought to under see somebody.
