There have been guys I know personally who went through all the same training as me that literally were in my graduating class that went to the same SEAL team as me.
that in virtue of just the the way the cards were dealt, they never went and saw combat.
It has nothing to do with capacity at all.
It's just your platoon didn't go.
Yeah.
That creates enormous problems for guys that do all the training to go be an ABC.
Really?
Oh yeah.
It's called chasing the dragon as you keep re enlisting, you keep staying in because you hope you get to go to war soon.
But then what if you never do?
It's like you've ch you've chased that thing you never got to do.
And so those guys, they struggle with like
Imposter syndrome.
Like big time imposter syndrome.
Um, and so that that's an issue that I definitely see as well.
But in terms of like
There's another one, survivor's guilt is a big one.
There's there's the literal survivor's guilt where you know somebody died, you live.
There you see that.
