Um, it's just like students and teachers and a few police, I think, went out as well.
And they hike their way up to the this this huge m mountain face.
They're down in this valley looking up at this mountain face, and it's all snow and ice.
And they see there's this one canvas tent that's just conspicuously located on the side of this mountain, like in a really strategically nasty spot to put your tent.
It's very sloped, it's windswept.
It's an awful place to be camping out.
They don't see any people and they they walk up and they find the tent is is vacant.
And the hikers are gone.
And the tent is it's collapsed, there's some snow on top of it, but they open it up and inside is a lot of the equipment that the hikers had.
left behind.
You know, cold weather equipment is in there.
And um also they noticed that the tent on one of the sides of the tent it had been cut open and they were able to determine it had been cut open from the inside out.
So someone had cut the tent open from inside.
They at this point the search got much bigger because now they're like something obviously has happened.
It's like negative forty degrees out here.
They've been missing for a month.
Here's their abandoned campsite.
Something's off here.
A bigger search goes out there and they end up picking up footprints that were
near the campsite that are going down the mountain, sort of on the the far side of the mountain.
