Uh yeah, that I mean teams are pretty open and the training is
the best you're ever gonna get.
What he's gonna be given in the off season is definitely gonna be a a version of maybe what the Jays are seeing and also something that he's been doing.
But the the best players know as they get older they need to adjust certain things and do certain things.
As you and I were just talking about me maybe trying to throw down three hundred uh searchers is not the most ideal thing at my age.
Completely.
But you know, I'm not playing baseball anymore, so hopefully uh when
someone who is aging and continuing to play, not to say thirty is aging, but in the game it can it can look that way.
Um, he's gonna adjust some of his training as the years go anyway.
But you have to trust the guy who's been doing it for as long as he has.
Um, you have to give the input of what what is needed.
Hey, we saw this, maybe you need to focus on this kind of thing.
And with
Everything that's involved in the organizations now, what they look at, everybody that's involved in the training staff, in the weight room.
You have so many people to rely on and to help you along the way.
So whatever adjustments need to be made in the off season to help kind of
offset whatever this was, it it will be done.
And then it will be kind of something that what what can we do to carry through the season?
Cause that might be the bigger thing, in all honesty.
