to free us from the penalty of sin, he pays the price to give us a brand new nature.
Peter calls it the divine nature.
So God literally puts a brand new spirit in us.
Now our spirit is drawn to what God says because we know it's ultimately what is best for me.
So a person who's actually walking in fellowship with God knows I want what God says because it is what's ultimately good for me.
Yeah, wow.
When I disobey the word of God repeatedly,
I now become, I have a strong delusion.
I am deceived, right?
Yeah.
Now, why are they deceived?
2 Thessalonians, Paul tells us.
In the last days, they're going to be so deceived.
Why, Paul?
Because they didn't, listen to this, love the truth.
It's not that they didn't have the truth.
It's that they didn't love the truth.
