It's moving in the right direction in terms of the trajectory of delivery of housing.
But we've also seen the likes of Cree Conaha, Help to Buy scheme, land activation.
And we need all these measures.
It is an extension of the rent a room scheme, you know, where there is already an initiative in place where someone can earn up to 14,000 per annum rental income.
And, you know, there is it's not that these are sheds or someone's going to be next to a pile of turf in a backyard.
Kind of some of the descriptions have been outrageous.
There is a planning guidance here.
There is regulatory and there's building compliance.
And I see some of the business books, some of them this week, that are looking to build modular homes.
They're seriously good products.
And I think this is the way modern methods of construction are moving and we can't just turn our back on that.
But guidelines may address that.
What the proposals are, what the proposals are in relation to guidelines is that there will be setbacks from boundaries, that there will be up to a certain size.
And I think as well, you know, Matt, you come into the Chamber regularly and you talk about the costs and red tape and bureaucracy and so on.
This is actually an opportunity to try and address that and also increase supply.
And we talk about planning local need and you talk about the cost of planning.
But I've heard politicians call on we need flexibility around local need.
