Yeah.

I mean I I actually like running a business a lot.

Um, but I like running a business that is an established business model that I understand.

Uh-huh.

Uh I am not actually in entrepreneurship for the uh privilege of inventing new business models.

Right.

And the idea that like, oh yeah, we ran a business on a business model.

That business model is like less good than it used to be.

Yeah.

Um if we want to like continue growing, I think we're gonna have to shift who our customer is uh and shift what we sell and shift how much it costs and who we sell it to and how we sell it and everything kind of about this, except for the fact that like people need stuff and we provide it.

Um and

We took a honest crack at like trying to find a different type of customer, uh, at trying to, you know, mess with pricing, mess with different things.

And I think what we found is like the market is just weird right now, you know?

You know, one of the interesting things for me is like I have uh in this last six months or so, just kind of felt like I'm like freelancing with a few of my closest friends.
