And also like responsibility, right?
Like one of the things that was always interesting to me about running a business is that you have more levers to pull.
Right.
Like when you have a job, you have like an intentionally limited set of levers that you can pull uh to affect outcomes and uh you pull 'em and you it's sometimes can feel a little bit like a busy box.
Where you're just like, oh yeah, like I do this, I do the one thing that I do.
And so the roles I'm really most interested in are the ones that are like have a broader set of responsibilities.
and more responsibility for outcomes with more sort of freedom to pull lev the levers that I think are right to get the outcomes that I'm supposed to get, you know?
You know.
Mm-hmm.
Um so anyway, I I think all of these interview processes are going pretty well.
Uh
I did have one or two interviews that went nowhere.
Um just like an interview where it felt great and then I got like a canned rejection email, you know, or whatever.
But uh generally speaking, I think like the all of the processes I'm in feel pretty good right now.
Um one in particular, uh I'm chatting with a lot and they're like the community
People, they're kind of like in the scene.
There aren't that many like Laravel orgs that have like enough people to need like multiple layers of management, you know?
Um, and of the ones that exist and are currently hiring, I think I'm talking to all of them.
Yeah.
Um, and so that's kind of where I'm positioning right now.
