Yeah.

Uh look, I think probably most creative people, 'cause you know, at the end of the day I get turned on by creative ideas.

I don't get excited with spreadsheets.

And I know that's you coming from a P W C background, you're probably going, Well, the spreadsheets are really important and they are, but but you know, if you are a right if you're a right brainer, which I am, then of course you get turned on by you know, by fireworks and good ideas.

I'm a bit of a Disney freak.

I've done a lot of courses over in Florida.

courses where you can live for a week with the imagine is and they'll teach you how to run your business like Disney.

So it's an unbelievable experience that's worth doing for, you know, for anybody who's right brained.

And so therefore I think probably if I was to say, okay, well what would you want people to say, you know, if you know you ended up throwing the towel in, I'd say that outside the square thinking, you know, outside the square thinking was probably my

My X factor.

And I'll give you one last example before we finish up.

I've got a guy that's got twenty-two coffee shops and he said to me uh about three months ago, JD, I'm making good money out of you know, steak sandwiches and hamburgers and chips and all of that.

But he said, Where the margin is is coffee.

I'm I make the coffee for fifty cents but sell it for five dollars.

Can you somehow show me how to make how to sell more coffee?

And he said, 'Cause people only have

the one cup and I said, Okay, well let me think and so therefore I came back to him two days later and I said, Look

How about we do this?

You've got to buy new cups of saucers for one of your coffee shops.
