Well, as I was thinking about that, Stan, you know, we hear a lot today in the news about revolutionizing our educational system and meeting the skills gap by introducing either the German model or the European model of internships into the way that we deliver our students.

And really, what DECA is, is that model, but with an entrepreneurial focus.
So that is to say that a European model has been around for hundreds and hundreds of years, but it's really caste-based.
So if your mom or dad was a welder or a
in a tradesperson, and that's how you tested early on in your school career, then that's the educational and career path that you get.
And in the United States, we understood that it was really important to develop, to introduce young people to careers, and especially careers that were critical to the national economy.
But we have a much more entrepreneurial spirit, so
We decided to introduce young people to the kaleidoscope of careers that are available in the national economy and critical to our sustained growth, but to allow them to self-select and allow them to pursue education, coursework, real-world experiences that help prepare them for success, either in the job market right after high school or in college.
and then into careers after that college.
And so our model is pretty simple.
It really hasn't changed in 70 years.
