You gotta have the right people providing good quality service consistently.
And in a haircut environment it may not be the greatest haircut, but you know how you were treated, right?
I mean
if uh if if the s staff is not uh you know doing their job or f feeling good about it, you know, you're gonna it doesn't matter how great the cut might be if you were
not treated properly or didn't feel good about the service, you know, uh it's beyond the haircut.
So what I'm seeing other brands do now is a real focus on scheduling efficiency.
Because um
you know, the the regulations and the the the hourly you know, the totals and keeping so many people under so many hours per week and
triggering all the different uh layers of
regulation and the reporting that goes into it.
There are some other technologies I'm seeing emerge now
that are becoming more important where they're specifically focused on scheduling and flexibility in scheduling.
But with technology around it so that it controls
the um
I would say the rules, if you will.
So uh a staff person is only allowed to work so many shifts or so many hours in a given week.
And the system acco accommodates those kind of controls.
So that the ownership, the manager of the franchisee in most cases
can balance that schedule.
So if you may have an army of of staff and they all want flex time
