But they all want to be busy when they're working.
Nobody wants to stand around.
Uh, you know, and and having the technology that helps facilitate that flexible scheduling so that
when you see your demand go up you you call in the the the staff as you need it and as you see the demand uh go down, you know, the staff
g uh uh the schedules are modified.
Now we had a thing uh here in Minneapolis.
I don't know if this made much of the national news, but
there was an effort here, uh an uh another regulation campaign called the Fair Scheduling Act and or something of that nature.
It was it was kind of a joke and uh I saw it and I said, You gotta be kidding me, they it was a Minneapolis city thing
was trying to make a rule that employers had to post the schedule
uh, two weeks in advance or what some I don't remember they and they couldn't change it.
And if they did change it they had to pay
you know, the employees some kind of extra rates or s it was just this onerous
difficult, I mean unreasonable, unrealistic.
It just eliminated the the ability for the ownership to manage their business.
And uh thankfully there was enough pushback and people realize this is ridiculous and and how are you ever gonna
manage it and and enforce it, it was unfair and un just unreasonable.
And it it didn't go anywhere.
I think it it went away.
But it just shows how people think that w if there's some way that the workers are being treated unfairly or un
