And of course, the reason for that is that it takes time for the bubble to pass through because, of course, most of the cars on the road in Ireland today are not new cars.

They're cars that are already there.

Now, this bubble will pass through.

If we follow the Nordic model, we can expect, for example, probably within a couple of years, 50, 60, 70% of new car sales will be full electrics.

Now, the reason for that isn't ideological.

It's simply that they're far better.

They're cheaper to run.

They're a better drive.

And also, of course, you can do amazing things.

Like, for example, you can charge them in your own driveway.

It's part of the problem.

But more than 70% of people in Ireland have access to off-street parking.

And especially, by the way, Dan, in rural Ireland, where off-street parking is completely the norm.

So the scope for huge penetration of electric vehicles in Ireland is really excellent.

But I do think we probably need a little bit of a stick-and-carriage approach here too.

I mean, for example, when the Nordic countries, particularly Norway, pushed ahead, they're now, by the way, at 98% penetration of electric vehicles.

They applied a stick, and that is they ratcheted up taxes on petrol and diesel cars.

And the reason they did that is there were pollution taxes.
