So they said, look, we're not stopping you buying petrol and diesel cars, but we're going to penalise, and we're going to use some of that money, we're going to ring fence it, to make electric vehicles cheaper.

And the effect that had was it accelerated the transition.

national emissions profile, about 20% of it is tied up in transport.

And a huge amount of that is related to liquid fuels for cars, for example.

So getting this transition across the line is hugely important.

And I should add, Frank, very briefly on this.

We can also transition our truck fleet and we can also pretty soon transition our tractors as well.

So this isn't just about cars.

What we want to do here is to electrify our entire

vehicular fleet, whether it's heavy goods vehicles, private cars or indeed tractors.

It is indeed, and I saw this myself firsthand.

I drove from France across to Holland a couple of months ago in an electric car, and I was able to see on the digital screen in front of me, it actually showed all the nearby electric charging stations.

And at one stage, I think I had 60

charging stations all visible on the same digital screen.

They're basically absolutely everywhere.

You literally throw a stick and you hit a charging station.

And of course, the reason for that is that they're taken off like a rocket because they're popular and because people want them.

I mean, that infrastructure isn't being put in for sport.

It's being put in because the demand is growing really quickly.
