By Monday, I want on my desk the report from our alleged South American scouts and what it said.

Presumably, it was like, oh, quite good.

We'll monitor it.

Where it's born with words.

No, we'll buy him.

He's dead good and he's ready.

And then suddenly now he's playing for Brazil in World Cups.

And so, yeah, I got pissed off watching him because we were crying out for wide players and apparently there was none.

Sorry, I turned that into a rant.

I'm not saying that Bournemouth get everything right and I'm not saying that they've got these incredible super scouts because I think clubs have made this mistake in the past.

There was a fella with Southampton, I can't remember when it was named today, and then Everton took him and then they realised that he just had a decent one.

of buyers and there's been a few of those.

Newcastle, the guy they put on there, it was Alan Carr's dad, wasn't it?

He was the genius.

So I don't think there's these geniuses out there who are just able to identify amazing players all the time.

I think sometimes you go on a decent run and there is a bit of chance to it.
