I think the point I was just trying to make is that you're basically one of the largest footballers out there and when you're told
that there aren't and is told that there's no deals to be done and then another club do a deal for a player who looks ready to play for Liverpool, that's where I get frustrated.
Not that I think every transfer should be a success, it's when you don't try and you're almost gas lit into saying there just aren't the players out there.
Well, he was out there and he was available and now he's playing in World Cups.
If he realised he was too busy to do it, he had loads of washing to do, and someone else come in, I wouldn't be too disappointed.

Because there's almost two roads you can take.
There's the road where you kick on or there's the road where you slip back.
And standing still is very difficult in itself.
But the problem with those two roads is that one of them is much, much harder than it is the other.
One of them is massively uphill and there's loads of snakes and it's very, very difficult.

Then the other one, the one where you slip down,
But if you go down that a little bit, then suddenly you're rolling and you can't stop.
So it's tough.
Sometimes when you speak to fans of other clubs and they're concerned, you're almost like, I don't worry, you'll be fine.
You might not finish quite as high as you did last year, but you'll be fine.
But I get it.
More so with Fulham, I actually do think Everton will be fine.
