So you're incorporated when you're in prison, you're on the compound, you're doing time with a lot of fellas from the streets. And civilly in 1970, I believe it was first introduced as a law, if my memory serves me right. And then by 1979, I want to say, 1979 into 1980, they made two criminal indictments.
