There was a document that you're agreeing, you're no longer the person that you were, and you're agreeing to what's called a step-down program. So when you get there, you have to be in Marion for a total of 18 months usually, and then you can leave Marion, Illinois and go to a regular penitentiary, a level five facility. My father refused to sign that paper. So he stood for 10 years in solitary confinement. Everybody else signed it.
