a good core of this group has been together for quite some time in carolina so i think that that helps again solidify you you know the triggers the switches um just the consistency and and rate of execution which is obviously a high rate of execution for carolina um

I mean, I think the Canadians coaching staff, when you look across the league, Carolina is one of them.
It's a very lean staff when you think about it, right?
We've seen some staffs where I can't imagine having five guys behind the bench, you know, including the head coach.

uh marty we've seen with rod brendamore some guys are a little bit more animated they like to to pace back and forth they like to connect with the players at different positions they're not going to hold back or you know some of the messaging goes through those uh position coaches uh but if they need to they're they're going to maneuver around and you look at montreal you look at carolina it's it's two assistants and i know in montreal they've had roger grillo

How that materializes between periods or, you know, before a game or what are responsibilities in season in terms of beyond development, I'm not aware of.
