So when we look at our water rates on multifamily, it's tiered based on consumption. low-confidence

So if I've got a small building of ten units and the formula is one thousand times the number of units times point five five, um, versus a building that may have a thousand units. low-confidence

Help me understand how that works just in terms of pushing them into a tier, because it seems to me that that automatically means that a bigger building is going to be at a much higher tier low-confidence
