One of the things that I'd like to add, I mean I'm I'm fortunate that District One uh did not experience as much of the intense flooding as we saw throughout much of the city and I'm grateful for that.

But we do have some pockets that are experiencing some flooding and one of the things that I think uh the

the the modeling isn't showing, for example, is the changes that have occurred on Bayview as a result of the redundant sewer pipe work that we've done down.

So we've had a lot more flooding along Bayview in the last two years than we've had in the last ten.

And I think that's maybe not adequately reflected in the model.

Um I I can also tell you, for example, that I've got substantial complaints outside of Sunrise Intercoastal where we've got some new projects going up.

So we have little pockets, uh as I think was mentioned, um where we might ha not have entire neighborhoods that are under four feet of water, but I have certain pockets that flood on a consistent basis.

And we just saw in the rain event we had last week.

Where commercial and Bayview uh commercial was completely shut down.

So again, I I think the modeling is not capturing everything.

That other neighborhoods are certainly impacted to a greater extent than most of my neighborhoods are, but there are still areas that uh that are experiencing flooding on a regular basis.

It's impeding traffic, it's impeding ability for people to get to through their neighborhoods and to their houses.
