That is their job is to advocate vigorously uh for the position of their client.
Um
Courts are where we decide whether the attorney's viewpoint is right or not.
It's not up for us here on the dais to second guess what attorneys
uh have in their opinions or in their motions.
Uh that that's not our job.
That's what the job of a judge is for.
