But I think we need to look at this in a larger context again about discerning what neighborhoods are appropriate for it and figuring out uh if there are any that just should be exempt from this in general. podcast-host

There's some very good things in this ordinance that I'd like to see go forward with, but I do podcast-host

You I would like to encourage this to come back for maybe revision, you know, like they do in Tallahassee of Glitchbill and we consider some additional enhancements to it to reflect the unique characteristics of some of these smaller, again like little cul-de-sac neighborhoods. podcast-host

Um one other thing I would like to add to this too is there's a proposed exception on the second page of the CAM where it talks about the proposed developments may be part of the city's five year work plan. podcast-host

I think we should eliminate that. podcast-host

Uh I don't think that we should allow developers to substitute city money for the requirement that they build a sidewalk in in the areas where they are required to build it. podcast-host

So I would just offer that up as as an a as a an amendment to the law. podcast-host

So all I'm saying is I just don't want I don't want a developer saying I'm not doing it because the city is going to pay for it maybe five years down the road. podcast-host
